"It's a good store to go to if you could find what you need or looking for the whole entire store is so unorganized its literally a mess I found shoes I likes but had to hunt down the other shoe only found one things all over the ground could barely get through any area they need to have more organized than what it is and also line to check out is extremely long have several cash registers but only open 1 if lucky they open 2 and even after having to buy more than 400 dollars worth of items I can't get the cart out to my car so had to struggle out with all the items while trying to have my 3 month old baby in hand and no one offered to help me with my bags if I can't be trusted to take a cart out ro my car why should I shop at a place where there isn't any trust and one last thing you guys really need to get the parking lot stalls repainted cars parked all over the place almost got hit by a car trying to squeeze between two other cars that is a big safety factor........"

"I had a horrible experience with the lady who works in the dressing rooms. She was angry and passive at the start, as I was extremely nice to her. She rudely told me, “Don’t leave trash in the dressing room. Thanks.” Because I accidentally left a HANGER in there. She had a terrible attitude and demeanor, no smile, no friendliness… Ross, do better. Please hire people that actually give good service."

"Worse customer service I’ve ever endured in my entire life and I’m from Seattle. I rather have a downtown hobo piss on me than shop here again. Specifically the little girl with long black hair and distastefully placed, smudged, and sized eyeliner that was in the dressing room area. Incredibly passive aggressive and doesn’t know how to smile. Was incredibly nice to her the whole time but she gave such a pathetic snarky remark as I turned my back. She was lazy, impolite, and absolutely dull and as a business owner I would hate to be represented by such a lack luster employee."
