"10/10 customer service from Kenny, i was disappointed tho with the vehicle, I purchased a 2012 Audi for 12,000, I normally would have a mechanic come look at the vehicle before purchase but I didnt so that was my fault, but I did ask multiple times if anything was wrong with the vehicle and they obviously said no. 3 days after purchase a coolant light came on and I refilled it and it came on again a day later, and we thought it was a faulty sensor, I had a mechanic look at the vehicle, come to find that the cam bridge was leaking hot oil on all sides which melted the water pump which caused the coolant to drain. All of the costs to fix the vehicle was 4,000 on top of the 12 i initially paid for it. I would recommend taking in a mechanic before purchasing a vehicle to ensure no underlying issues are there."

"I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with my purchase!!! I went when it was pouring rain on my way to work. Kenny showed me 3 cars I liked on his lot. I told him I would be there on my day off and which two I was interested in. I ended up in the ER the next day, but he held both cars for me. Another buyer wanted one of my 2 faves, but Kenny waited. He got me pre-approved and set with a low payment while i was sick! (He knew once I drove it I would love it!) I got there, test drove it, and fell in love!
