"Confession... I'm a birria addict. Simple menu, all birria options. They had decent birria. The birria was cooked well but light on flavor for me. Nice seating indoor and patio seating. No sides. Chips and salsa was verda and nacho chips. The birria roman looked good. No bathroom to wash your hands"
"Good Quesabirria tacos, but small selection. Location is not super convenient, and it's a very limited menu. Aside from that, those are very good Quesabirria. Problem is, there are lots of good Quesabirria tacos out there made a taco places that also sell Al Pastor, Carnitas, Chicharron, and others tacos. For less than 12 bucks you can get plenty of calories- $4.99 for Quesabirria, decent soda selection. A very good salsa verde and pretty standard consomé. It's a good meal, just like to have a little larger selection."
"I'm so happy I can finally check this place off! I've been wanting to try "the best birria in the Treasure Valley" for years now. This is comfort food! My husband and I enjoyed 2 Quesabirria Tacos ($4.99 each) and the Birria Burrito ($16.85) with consome ($1.75 for 8 oz). The prices seem a little steep, but you sure get what you pay for. Our tacos and burrito were loaded with juicy, tender meat and plenty of cheese. There's so much flavor in each bite. I think they did excellent with the spices. I also loved the giant slices of grilled onions. Both items were delicious, but the tacos are the real showstopper. They've got all the taste and goodness the burrito had but with a nice, crispy crunch that really made the meal! My only point of criticism is the extra charge for consome. It's cheap, but I've never had to pay extra so it surprised me. IMO, you need it for the full, delicious experience. I got lucky and noticed last minute that it was an optional side order, otherwise I would have completely missed out on it. I'd suggest building it into the prices of the meals. I'd say yes, give this place a try! I've already got my eyes on that PizzaBirria for my next visit."
"The food here is legit and bomb. I enjoy birria at home and I was surprised to see birria being sold in Boise during my visit here. The food is flavorful and delicious. I tried there tacos and couldn't believe how good they were. The only thing I would add is consome for dipping but maybe they offer it if you ask. I fully recommend this place. A definite must if you're visiting."
"The food is good! Atmosphere is great. Location is convenient. No restrooms inside. I heard the birria was good so I had to give it a try. The birria is in fact good, but I’ve had great birria in the treasure valley. It’s definitely worth a try for yourself. 8/10 recommend trying this place!"
