"They are the slowest fast food place ever. After I was told I can't mix bone in and tenders I finished ordering and paying and then they tell me it is going to be 15 minutes for chicken."
"Food was pretty good but service was Very slow, the employee taking our order seemed new. We waited over 15 minutes for fries, but when we opened the order (to go) the fries and the rest of my meal were not there. I called and let the manager know he offered to remake the food at no charge but we had already left town.. He took my email and said he would send gift certificates.. have not received them yet."
"Really great place, the staff are consistently moving getting the orders through. Expected to wait on food which is usual for a Popeyes but well worth it. Get an apple pie if you can while you wait,it'll make the time pass much sweeter!"
"I can't believe they would serve this extremely dry, recooked/overcooked chicken to their customers. Complete waste of money, the chicken is extremely dry and not even worth eating. Extremely disappointed.. it went straight in the trash. This is the last time I will go to this location.. will stick to KFC."
"Usually the chicken is okay but this time our 4 piece dinner was overcooked, greasy, and dry inside. They also gave us the wrong chicken, regular instead of spicy. Lastly, the Mac and cheese was broken and congealed and burnt on the bottom. It was definitely microwaved. I get fast food is fast food but this place used to be a lot better. Would not go back."
