"Please fix your coffee machine... It has been "down" for over 6 months. I'd like to order coffee with my breakfast. Also I was told by an employee last week that breakfast menu items with eggs are not available until at least 25 minutes after you guys open... That's very inconvenient for me though. It's my understanding that breakfast should be available at 7am when you guys are open."

"I always come here especially for there dollar menu . Its already bad enough you have to deal with a rude woman most of the time that works at the window.I ordered there freeze drink BE CAREFUL!!! I am pregnant and they gave me a drink with little silver balls in it almost like bbs for a bb gun. When I went in to complain they all wanted hide what was in my drink until a younger gentleman informed me that works there. That it came from the machine and that it was not the first time that this has happened please do not let your children drink the freezes! It would be disappointing having to go the hospital because a small child swallowed one of those. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Poor customer service and food"

"Stay away from this Taco Bell. We ordered food on the app. We get to the drive through and they couldnt give us what we ordered. They offered a replacement item which we didn’t want. They now refuse to refund me my money. They are giving me a choice…items we didn’t order, or lose my money. They also said I could call an online number they can call the store and see if I am qualified to get a refund. The workers are also very, very rude. I just want my money back to go somewhere that actually cares about their customers. Stay away from this location and go to another establishment."

"Every time I come my order is missing food. Multiple things at that. Then they act like you are lying about missing items. If you have a big order make sure you count the items. This has been happening for months. Food is great for taco bell, but the customer service and accuracy is a 0. Also they won't replace or refund for the missing items so they just took my money. Do not recommend. We had to count the items out in the restaurant this time to show them they messed up because they have been so rude before about it. Once I got the food home I open it and they can't follow a simple instruction like no Lettuce."
