"The service was terrible here! Every time I come they forget something or mess up my order completely. Today they forgot my baguettes which they charged me extra for so I had to go back, then they gave me Mac and cheese instead of soup. I called them and they offered me a free pick two which I was thankful for considering I was already home and had to drive back. When I got to the store they said i couldn’t get the free pick two because I came back the same day? That makes no sense considering I still had to drive back. Overall not good service very disappointed considering I come here often and will probably never come back to this one."

"Great atmosphere and menu makes it a top choice on a winter day, especially when you travel as much as I do. I ordered the half soup half sandwich combo. Highly recommended! Roger, the dining room attendant, adds a warm touch to the experience with his welcoming greeting. I’ll be back!!"

"I always come here with my grandma when she visits, the atmosphere is amazing and the Mac...... No words can describe how delicious it is. This has always been a favorite of mine. I recommend the asiago cheese bagel, the mac and cheese of course, and the teriyaki chicken broccoli bowl is also a must have."

"Rude employees , I don’t know how you mess up toasting a bagel but my bagel was burnt as if it were charcoal on the tops. My daughters Mac and cheese was cold and they refused to remake it, said we could come in and use their dirty lobby microwave to heat it up. Absolutely the worst attitudes and service will not be returning to this location. Not to mention they didn’t even offer to apologize as if we were the ones who messed up their jobs…"

"We have eaten here before, lots more choices this time, Food was great, had a hard time deciding, was hungry and wanted to try everything. I picked the Mozzarella, Baguette Sandwich, with a side of the corn chowder (which was excellently made). I took home most of the sandwich and saved some soup for my Sweetie. Also took home a huge cookie or two, the Cream Cheese Cherry Tea Ring. All was welcomed by the home team. A great afternoon, wonderful lunch. Definitely will go back."
