"The food is delicious, and there's plenty of selection between various beverages, bagels, breakfast bagel sandwiches, and lunch bagel sandwiches. The woman who received my order and gave me my order was very friendly. So if good food and good treatment is what you want that's great. I had to ding a star just because things were pretty disorganized and messy. It's not a very clean place. It's not very well organized, neither among the dining area nor behind the counter. There's very little effort to decorate and give the place a sense of charm, or that effort got hidden by the chaos of things being stored haphazardly. More importantly, service was really slow. The workers, who were not very nice to each other, are doing too much in a very confined space. I just wanted a bagel sandwich and a coffee and I ended up standing for at least 10 minutes with only one or two customers receiving their orders before me. Also, for an Americano iced coffee, I received it in a cup with one of those dessert cup lids for no reason and so the straw hole is wide open. The coffee tasted good, though. Regarding my bagel sandwich, while it was delicious, they wrapped it in thin paper that ended up binding to the sandwich and if I had waited any longer I would be eating paper. Overall even though I thought the food was great I just didn't enjoy the whole experience."

Come try this place a breakfast option or brunch too! You’ll love it! They offer in house made cream cheese too. Customer service was top notch. Come to Sarah’s bagel y’all !!"
