"Super disappointed…I placed an online order at 5pm for pickup at 8:45 (15 mins before they close) and as I was headed to get the food at 8:30pm, I get an email saying they cancelled my order. When I went to call. They refuse to answer the phone….they don’t close until 9, and again. I just scheduled the pickup for 8:45 over 3 hours in advance. So it wasn’t like it was a last minute walk in. It’s currently 8:32pm and they will NOT answer the phone and tell me why they decided to cancel/void my order. As someone who is 31 weeks pregnant and doesn’t have the time or energy to cook…this was super uncool."
"Door states they open at 8. Showed up at 11:45 and there was a girl prepping the store and had the door locked. She ignored me for 5 minutes as I knocked to ask if they planned to open. Called them and she ignored the phone call. This is the definition of “that’s not my job”. They don’t care about the customers! I’ll bring my business elsewhere."
