"I come here often and everyone seems very nice and energetic. Can get busy but they are very quick to get orders done. Every time I come in, everyone is very nice and have a positive attitude. Everyone works very hard and never had a bad experience. It can get a bit pricey but it's totally worth it 10/10!"

"I have been offered a raffle if I submit a review, so there is likely some amount of bias in this review. An excellent selection of food with many options! Of course, it’s the same selection and options of any other Zupas. The staff is kind, supportive, and willing to help. The floor plan is well thought out, although it’s quite loud, even when there’s only a few people here. On a somewhat silly criticism, there’s a glowing sign that says, “ALWAYS LIVING”. What does that even mean?"
