"You know that feeling you get, when you walk in to a business and just get looks. No greeting, no hi, no, we'll be right with you, no nothing but glares? Then other customers walk in and get greeted and seated right away! Yea, We got that here. UNBELIEVABLE! My wife was completely embarrassed. I was furious. I won't EVER go back!"

"Worst experience ever! My friend and I were stopping through on our way home and thought this would be a good place. Plenty of good reviews but we should've listened to the bad ones. We were sat at a table but no one ever stopped by within almost an hour to even offer drinks! There was a husband and wife also waiting for service. The worst part is that the staff even made eye contact with us and yet failed to offer any reason or apology for the delay of service. My friend is began to worry if it was because she was of a different race. I overheard the same conversation being held between the couple next to us. I really hope this isn't the case but we weren't gonna stay in this horrible establishment any longer. Diners beware, the service is terrible. I don't care how good the food is; it doesn't matter if your being treated like you don't mean anything."

"Very busy but they handled it well. Never felt like we'd been forgotten or ignored. Food was fresh and delicious. Would pick this over IHOP, though maybe not as awesome as The Griddle."
