"Arby's has always been the place to go. Nope not again. Had a heck of time getting 4 sandwiches. Was charged for large fry and charged my debit card a higher price then what the receipt was. I say look at order n charges be careful. Otherwise food is always good and great Friendly workers.."

"Went thru drive thru, was told to pull around, waited 15 minutes along with a couple other cars. I went inside and they were throwing away full orders. I said wait, that's probably mine. They made me get my receipt because they were confused. The idiot in charge said, ok everyone, this order is priority. Had the fryer person put in fries and mozzarella sticks. I said, it was curly fries and Mac n cheese, she went and found my receipt and told the cook to change it. They had to wait to finish what they already put in. Then she grabbed that, the wrong stuff, and put it in the bag she was throwing away when I walked in. Turned and handed it to me. I asked her to check it please. Not one thing I ordered in the bag. She yelled at cooks, who were doing their jobs correctly. I said, my bag is by the fryer where you put it 10 minutes ago, Finally with my direction, she got my items in a bag. Asked if I would like cookies for the Hassel, I said sure, she said what kind, I said both. She said both what, Both kinds of cookie that you just offered, she said. You could have the pies, but we are out. I said, then I guess we will stick with cookies. She looked at my receipt and said I didn't order cookies. I , with every ounce of control I had, took my bag and walked out with my cold $80 meal, over 30 minutes after I ordered it. Never again, the previous time they were out of beef AND cheddar"

"The service was good but all the soda drink was out because the Manger there said they are out of CO2! That was not cool! They only had lemonade and unsweetened tea! And I didnt stay long! They need to fixed there system right!"

"Every time I have ever had a Beef & Cheddar it has ALWAYS Come on an ONION Bun. Its Supposed to be on an Onion Bun. This DID NOT have an Onion Bun. Major disappointment. Didn't taste the same. Uncle had a Chicken Bacon Swiss.. What A Discussing Mess. Opened the package looked like a pile of slop. The bun was soggy. Chicken was Cold Cheese was not even melted. Lettuce was all wilted. Fries were only warm. Only good thing about the order was the Jamoca Shake."
