"I have never had a bad experience at any BlackRock location. They are my favorite place for an afternoon pick me up. Their fuels are so tasty, I try to mix it up and try a new flavor each time I go."

"We drink a lot of coffee in our family and go to all the other coffee shops in Meridian consistently. This is hands down the worst customer service we have experienced from them all for the second time in a row. Went there when it first opened and the employees were VERY rude, burritos were cold in the middle and coffee burnt our mouths. I didn’t leave a review at the time but after trying them again today…feedback is the same and so I’m taking the time to review. Get some employees with better attitudes and skills. This is one of the closest coffee shops to our house so we would like it to be a positive experience!"

"There is only one girl at this location that is actually nice and knows how to make coffee. The last 3 times I've been there they are out of the food item I get, And this last time they made both our drinks and they were both half full with the rest foam and would not fix the drinks for us. Usually not the type to write a review. But if you don't know how to make coffee don't work with coffee."

"Very good coffee. I always get an Americano the first time I try a new coffee place. This lets me really taste their espresso and shot preparation. Black Rock is top notch. Second visit I had a pumpkin Blondie. Delicious!"
