"Full transparency, I consider every purchase at Swale as a built in reward system benefiting the customer, BIPOC/LGBTQIA2S+/women artists, and my sister (Swale's proprietor & creative genius). If I'm giving a gift, part or all of it will probably come from Swale. I keep an updated wishlist and giftlist for myself & my ohana. My spouse, kids, & I are walking and talking Swale ads (check out the excessive number of pics I've included). Unfortunately, I have only made it into the store a couple of times. It's dreamy, but I'm a 7-10hr drive away and doors opened during the pandemic and we have/had young unvaccinated kiddos. Thus, most of my shopping has been online (options are growing daily, yay!). I often stalk Swale's reels, stories, & pics to get an idea of whats available in store. An email, patience, flexibility, & willingness to pay awkward sized/fragile shipping prices will often get me that rug, mug, bowl, pillow, or earrings I wanted (or another one I like just as much). Add a little (or a lot) of Swale to your life."
