"First off I would like to just say my server named Badger was immaculate I haven't had customer service like this in years. I don't go out as much especially with all the services we have today doordash and Uber Eats... He was very friendly and fast! He also suggested things off the menu and saved me some money with good deals. Because of my server and his great skills I will definitely be back with my family or alone only because of him!"

"The days of great customer service definitely are gone when it comes to this BWW. I mean they told my with there was no way the they were going to bring the food out to the car. I wish I could take back the $25 tip. Sometimes a little kindness goes a long way."

"Surprised it wasn't as busy during March Madness just kicking off, and that our visit was on a Sunday afternoon. We got seated right away with a family of 4, but there weren't as many people. We sat in the bar area, which is still kid-friendly unless you sit at the "bar top". They have a new way to pay since we were last there which was a year ago. You can scan a QR code and pay that way if you pay with a card. If you don't have a QR scanner like us, they bring you the bill and you pay at the table. We can for sure say we enjoyed our time at this restaurant."

"This was my third attempt hoping it would be better service and the food would be better. I Walked in to get a table while waiting for my husband to get there. The host looked at me and said the bar is open seating so go find a seat! The restaurant was not busy at all she didn’t even ask if I prefer the dining area. Once I found my self a table, my husband walked in, we waited 15 min to get a water and a Dr Pepper. Then she took our order when she dropped off the drinks. We then waited 40 min for our food while tables that sat after us got theirs. Servers and the manager walked by seeing our cups empty and not one person offered a refill. Once we got our food, we never got a refill on our drinks I had to get up to ask for a drink, and napkins. Never saw our Server for a box. Once I was ready to pay cause I was just over it. I couldn’t pay cause it wouldn’t use my rewards. So I went to the host station to pay. Instead of being helped she went to find our server, 10 min later the server walked up and said the discount is showing on her side but it wasn’t so we still ended up paying full price and she didn’t care. Our wings were nasty hints the picture. But we were never asked so instead we left after paying full price for food we didn’t eat along with still being hungry and thirsty. And the worst service and food. We will not be back to this location again. I have served and worked in the industry for years and always hoped BWW would get better in the 5 years we have lived here, but unfortunately this is one we will not be aback to."

"BWW franchise is going downhill super fast. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. Did an order pick up that was 25 minutes later than the scheduled pick up time. Had my 2 year old who was getting super upset with the even longer wait time. They messed up our order. Everything was cold. The food was disgusting like look at the lettuce they served me for my side salad! This isn’t the first negative experience I have had with both dine in and pick up services. I will never be going to another Buffalo Wild Wings after the consistent horrible experiences. This place will be out of business soon anyways. Save yourself the disappointment and especially avoid this location at all costs."
