Dutch Bros Coffee

"Wow, I've never heard that before. Dutch Brothers employee says, "What can I start for you?" My wife says I would like to see the menu first. The Dutch Brothers employee said, "Do you want me to stay here and watch you think? I pull up to the window to get my Shark Attack, and it doesn't look anything like the picture. The Dutch Brothers said oh the picture is a lie. My wife canceled our orders, and as we drove off, the Dutch Brothers male employee yelled out lames."

"Paul, the manager on duty at the marketplace blvd location was very kind, welcoming and helpful. She helped me with an issue I had with the app and was patient with me as I took my time to decide what I wanted to order. She recommended an excellent drink and made my experience well worth stopping by for. Because of her I'll be coming back more often."

"Had bad experience with the manager. We were not asked what size drinks in line. At the window snotty gal wouldn't listen to what the issue was. We ordered large drinks got small first. Just wanted to explain. She would snap words at us then when we tried to talk , she walked away, had music so loud we the customer couldn't even be heard. She didn't care . Ended up getting large drinks but she shoved them out and was the most unprofessional employee at a Dutch Bros. My Aunt was from out of town and the manager gal embarrassed me. Every other Dutch bros in the valley are the nicest and most professional company I have ever seen. This gal doesn't represent The Dutch Bros company. She cares more about rushing customers through the line and doesn't use kind words and argues with the people that gives the money that keeps the company in business. My family or friends, neighbors, church people will not ever go to the Dutch bros in Nampa at the Market Place. We will get our drinks from any other place but this store. Dutch Bros is my favorite place anywhere except Marketplace in Nampa. Thank you, the manager for chasing off customers. Possibly training in customer service for this gal is available. She has terrible attitude."

"Better watch out for non consent tips coming from this store. I went to the drive-thru to order my drink and a muffin, and it felt weird that the employee didn't show me the screen to add a tip or not. I asked for the receipt and for my surprise he added a $3 tip without my authorization. It's not for money of course it just for the audacity. I don't know if this a normal procedure at this store, but who knows. Charging tip without customer consent IT'S NOT OKAY. Hope they are doing this to everyone the comes in to bump their earnings."
