"I am a patient of Dr. Munir. Her nurse took my message on a Thursday to call back Friday for sure, she never did; until a different nurse called back on following Tuesday. Not to mention I passed the complete weekend in pain and agony. And this is not the first time it has happened to me where the nurse didn’t bother to return my phone call. Unfortunately, I called 4 times to file a complaint with office supervisor “ Donna” (she called twice), we kept playing phone tags; apparently she was too busy to return my phone call and listen to my concern. A day later I called the office to speak go the manager( Liz Prezant) of the facility , left a message, yet to hear back from her. Highly disappointed with the complete management of this office and how they treat their patients, not to mention none of this service is for free."

"I had my first appointment at Quivira Internal Medicine this week and I loved it!! 1. The staff was fantastic! Everyone was incredibly kind. I had 0 wait time. 2. Dr. Ansari was amazing. Super knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. He listened intently to my healthcare needs and gave me recommendations for improvement. I did not feel rushed during my appointment, nor that I was being rushed out the door. 3. The fact that their lab is in house is another added plus for me. I have a newborn and a full time job, and the fact that I don’t have to drive to a lab or make another appointment is a great selling point. I am fairly new to the area and have been looking for good physicians to care for my health and my family’s. I’m really happy that I have found a PCP that I’m very comfortable with."

"Dr. Dennison is a fantastic doctor, always very attentive to my healthcare needs and takes time to listen when many doctors now days are “in a rush.” Her assistant Lena is very kind and skilled at drawing blood. The office staff have always been very professional. I wish they would email my lab results each time so I do not have to call and request, but that’s my only gripe! 5 stars! Great place!"

"The staff is absolutely wonderful! Wait times are very minimal, and Dr. Kamerzell is kind, compassionate, and thorough. It's been many years since I've felt truly connected to my medical providers, I feel grateful to have him and his team looking after me."
