"Took my car in for an oil change and came out A WHOLE NEW CAR. Not literally but hear me out. I’ve owned my GTI for 2 years now and have been experiencing what had appeared to be a small/slow leak. Two VW dealers and two tuner shops later: being told that I’m crazy/stupid because it’s just AC run off..BK FOUND THE LEAK. They were kind enough to let me know so I could have it brought into a (THIRD) VW dealer to be repaired under warranty. Not to mention the last “reputable”shop I took this car to put the wrong oil in it. BK has earned themselves a lifetime customer for a few reasons here: competency, quality, and the ability to educate their customers respectfully and honestly.
