"I called 5 minutes before showing up and they informed me they could get our Jeep in immediately for a tire repair. When we got checked-in, the lady upfront was super kind and let us know they would get to us as fast as they could which was fine. There were tons of mechanics standing around and our Jeep didn't get in until an hour later. The overall service took roughly 1.5-2 hours when we were originally told it'd be quicker. I recommend going to Discount Tire instead, at least they're honest about their wait times."
