"About 7 months ago I contacted Preston in service about a design flaw with the BDS 2"- 3" coil over lift that was installed 2.5 years ago. I explain what the issue was and he told me that the warranty had expired. He told me that he would make some phone calls and get back to me. Preston and his team came up with a solution despite the expired warranty. Since the problem was a design flaw with that system Dennis Dillion and Sawtooth USA agreed to replace the front coil over shocks. Fast forward 2.5 years the replacement was done on 01/09/2023. As I waited Preston gave me periodic updates on my truck status knowing that I drove 3 hours. The replacement was complete in less than what I had expected. The new replacement shocks looked great and actually gave me another welcomed 1 3/8" clearance. This whole team strives to do the best job for their customers.
