"In December 2023, my furnace started having problems not kicking on after turning off when the temperature was reached. Cody tried 2 different parts, the normal ones that might cause problems. Neither worked. After the second part failed to fix the problem he announced, "The part didn't fix the problem. Sorry." That was the last I heard from him despite my attempts to get an appt to try again. After Christmas, still no response. I wanted to remain loyal to him since he had helped me other times for the last couple of years, but after Jan 1st, I called someone else. This new person told me that my furnace was not a standard one for RVs. Turns out the batteries, although wired incorrectly, were deader than doornails. Why Cody didn't tell me straight up that he didn't know how to correct the problem, is beyond my comprehension to understand at this juncture. He was totally rude about not responding to any of my texts. I rated him at full stars upon my initial appt. I hope all of you other clients have RV issues that he ACTUALLY knows how to fix, otherwise he'll just leave you high and dry with no explanation. I didn't want to give him any stars but I have to at least do one so I can post this review."

Some rodents had chewed through most of the wires and I thought for sure it would be a much longer process but he got it done fast! Extremely affordable and he answered all my beginner questions and was very friendly. I absolutely recommend him for your needs!"

"Cody was great he was right on time and I'm not in an easy to find location. my heater went out and it's getting cold like a lot of people who are waiting for there house to be built . Are now full-time RVs so bringing my RV to Boise or Nampa really is such an inconvenient and to find somebody like Cody who can just come out to troubleshoot it and get it done the heater works fine and we're nice and toasty Cody's awesome and if you have problems he's your guy and I stand behind him."
