"Drove from Oregon but called ahead to verify they had a part I needed. They confirmed and gave me a price. I arrived at 3:18pm a good 2 hours prior to them closing and when I got there the guy told me he wouldnt be able to get the part for me until the next day because the parts puller was to busy. I explained i was from out of town and was going back and he still wouldnt help. I spent $60 in fuel and left empty-handed"

"If I could I wouldn’t even put 1 star. I ordered a wheel almost 3 weeks ago and when they called me to day it was delivered it was the wrong wheel, they lied to me about shipping and I would call often because they never gave me updates on where my wheel was. When I asked for a tracking number and I looked. It up the order wasn’t even processing when they said it should be by today. I noticed my wheel had been delivered from the tracking and they never called, I called them to ask if it was there and if they could check for me to make sure it was the right one, they go yes it should be when I asked multiple times to check twice. I drove over 30 miles there and back just for Greg to say “uhhhh yeah that’s not the right one” and the wheel was bent and the completely wrong color. Both Greg and Rob are horrible people to work with and I never suggested coming here for anything."
