"Came in with a 65.00 order and they left out the main portion of the meal. I would suggest more than one person double checking orders before they go out. I had to wait in line for another 10 minutes for the rest of my order and everything was soggy. Not exactly satisfied. Total time waiting for fast food burger and fries was 35 minutes. Yes I understand people are sort staffed, but maybe doing a double check on things would eliminate the need for double work."

But this particular Zip has hands down the best customer service, everyone was friendly and they all made sure, including the guy cooking in the back, that our order was exactly what we wanted.
