"I called to ask for help as referred to do by Home Depot's head hardware tech. I am very ignorant about these issues. The man on the other end of the phone was very arrogant and rude. Before I had barely begun to explain why I called, he interrupted me and said that I was Home Depot's customer and they should take care of me. (I thought they were, along with giving this guy some new business.) When I laughingly challenged him in my frustration to listen without cutting me off, he thanked me and said he couldn't help me. Not a very happy potential customer here at all. Now where do I go for help?"

"Wow. Horrible. Dave. Building a home for my disabled Veteran Dad and needed some hardware for his doors. He wanted to text pictures and told me this place is open by appointment only. How ridiculous to begin with. I used to just walk in there in the past. He was texting me pictures and I told him which ones I liked then all of a sudden he texts me, "I don't think I will be able to help might want to buy online to short of notice with what your wanting on keypad and front door stuff sorry". More like, he was inconvenienced by what we were needing. We will take our business elsewhere."

"Outstanding group of folks to work with. I bought all my hardware for our home from Dave and Luana can't begin to thank them enough for all the help provided it was my first time tackling cabinets, doors etc. and I could not have done it without them. I recently went back in to get hardware for a rental and the company is under new ownership. Jerry the new owner, very fortunately for me, was just as helpful when it came time for me to try and remember how the process went, which of course I had almost all but completely forgotten by then. Helpful tip bring a photo of the new door or an old hinge if your replacing old hardware, there are a few styles save yourself an extra trip back like I did... twice. Thank you again to your excellent team for all the help, I will certainly be seeing you again on my next project."

"Great selection of items, but my mother and I were treated very rudely. We were told that we couldn’t expect him to help because we were we came in “right before closing”, although it was 35 min till their scheduled closing. I came to this store because of the quality and selection but was repeatedly told that I might not understand that the products sold here are “high end” and should instead go to Home Depot or Lowe’s where the knobs and pulls “are much cheaper.” This was without inquiring as to my budget. A male customer came in at that point who was greeted and we were then fully ignored. We had not been greeted upon entering, another male customer entered and was also greeted. Both male customers were spoken to in a respectful manner and were not informed that he couldn’t help them due to closing as we were. Overall, their selection is the best in town. But after that customer service experience I will not be going back."
