Half the time they do not use oat milk even though u order it and pay extra) i have a milk intolerance so im very aware when regular milk is used. The service is slow and the price is high. 50 cents for a cup of water even though u spent 7.25 on a coffee"
"I pulled up, she asked what I wanted. A 20oz triple shot iced white chocolate Americano with cream. As she was making it she asked me for every detail of the order again, every detail. "What size? that normally comes with 2 shots do you want 3? Milk, dark or white chocolate? (At least she remembered it was chocolate) Was that hot or iced? She ended up drowning it in cream so it has the consistency of a melted milkshake. Never returning."
