"I absolutely love Shari's. Food is delicious, customer service is always enjoyable and there is always a table available every time I go. If you haven't been you should definitely go. Such a great establishment"
"We arrived and there were 2 groups of people ahead of us. One group of 2 & one group of 4. Ryan at the register stated to them that there is a wait. After those groups were taken back, Ryan did not not acknowledge our group (of 4) at all. We stood at the wait to be seated sign for over 20 minutes without being acknowledged. We didn’t matter."
"I went in Sunday to have breakfast with a friend I haven't seen in a long while, I was looking forward to actually having breakfast together, unfortunately her hamburger was bloody, went on her cold French toast, so she sent it back, and asked me to go ahead and eat so it didn't get cold. By the time she got her overcooked hamburger patty , and again cold French toast , I was done, mind you I don't eat fast at all, it took awhile to get her breakfast. I felt bad as I recommended we go to Shari's, so I went in with receipt in hand to speak with manager Monday, she was not there yet, a very nice waitress helped me and was very apologetic, until the snotty and rude waitress , Danielle( who waited on us)walked up, and took over conversation, she said "why didn't you guys say something when you were here, we could have fixed it", and yes they may have been able to, but by the time we received her second breakfast, it was already late, and we had to go. She offered No apology, was very condensing, and treated the other waitress the same way, she's very rude, to top it off, I have tried to call numerous times to speak with manager, she has yet to call back or even answer my messages. I dont know if their having a hard time keeping decent employees, but seems to be the case, also I have never seen such a filthy bathroom toilet in a restaurant like that, very nasty ! Save yourself your hard earned money, and go to IHOP or other places around there."
"Please do not order a holiday turkey dinner from here. We were a party of three for Thanksgiving, not many people in the restaurant. Took almost 45 minutes to get our food. We were told it was because all of the Doordash orders came first. Our food was brought to the table cold: the turkey, mashed potatoes, and rice. They forgot the cranberries, and when they did bring them, they were in a teeny plastic cup the same size as a dip cup for french fries. We had to ask in fifteen minutes increments for our coffee cups to be refilled because the waitress kept saying she "forgot" to bring it, and in the hour and fifteen minutes we were there, they only refilled it twice, and they made sure it wasn't filled all the way to the top, but an exact inch below the rim. The water glasses were tiny, and only refilled once after repeated asking. The food taste, quality, quantity and food temperature was deplorable. The service was deplorable. The waitress was fine with coming to the table, but never brought the coffee or water refills after repeated asking. We still left a good tip, but the best tip we can post here is do not go there on a holiday, and if you do, do not order the holiday dinners. Expect the Doordash orders to come first while you sit and wait 45 minutes for cold food."
"Great service!! We came for brunch on Sunday morning. Very attentive staff. Really friendly attitudes!! The food was good. There were lots of options. We had to get some Marionberry pie to go!"
