"Highly recommend stopping here. Incredible quality pastries and small bites. All ingredients are locally sourced. Their flour provider is top-tier and you can taste the difference in their pastries and bread. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought and care into their products. Also received unexpected incredible latte art on my latte! Such a nice surprise. Very lively coffee shop/bakery energized by kind, friendly workers. Theres also a ton of natural light and plenty of seating."
"We stopped in Sandpoint on our way down to Portland and found the Bluebird. The sandwiches are huge so bring an appetite. Made fresh with so many layers of flavor I would recommend a stop if you are in Sandpoint."
"On a Sunday morning this place was packed! The people were nice and the cinnamon rolls were off the hook. The coffee was okay, not my favorite, but not bad at all. My latte was not quite as sweet as I normally like it but at least it wasn't bitter. There were a few places that were a little awkward to sit because it felt like you were right in the middle of the waiting line. They had a whole case of other amazing looking pastries, they also had housemate bread. We bought a loaf of sourdough. Looking forward to trying that later this week. Definitely want to have your Patience on as we were done with our cinnamon roll before our coffees were ready."
"Beautiful spot on the corner with excellent coffee and baked goods. I had the brioche Cinnamon bun and they nailed it. Was delicious! And I consider myself a bit of a cinnamon bun enthusiast. My wife had the almond croissant and she loved it as well. The latte was excellent and they used a nice rich roast that was still approachable. Will definitely be back! I do hope in the summer they find a way to have some outdoor seating as that would be a plus."
