"This morning I ordered a large sugar-free (powder) white mocha. The first inch of it was pure chunky sludge and I've only drinking maybe a quarter of this drink and it's like pure sludge. It tastes like there was way too much of the powder put into the whole thing and it wasn't mixed proper. The taste as too sickly sweet and texture is so gross. I recommend measuring or reevaluating how much product is put into this beverage and putting the powder in with the milk and steaming it all together to get it mixed thoroughly."
