Taco Bell

"Forcing kiosk use for dine-in ordering and super slow to get our food, which was wrong. Check your order before leaving. Corporate must be pushing them to cut back counter jobs, as they walk everyone over and try to get them to use the kiosk, which takes 2-3 minutes for what they could do in 30 seconds. I saw them make a lady use the kiosk, then have her go to the counter and wait to pay in cash at the register. Food was ok, but it took almost 15 minutes and a couple items were wrong, then it took another 5 minutes while they remade them and let them sit until the manager came back over."

"I went in on my lunch brake and was asking about the menu. The manger could not explain the new box combos they had then when I tried to order the new combo she only gave me one item on the combo. I saw just in the 15 min I was there them mess up 3 different orders plus they were extremely rude to one of there Uber drivers over something they messed up on in the first place. It's not like they were busy and the worst part was it was the manager doing all of this. I would differently not recommend this tacobell if you would like to be treated for and polite."

"At one point this was the best Taco Bell in the area. Now it’s probably the worst. The employees always look high and disinterested in their jobs or customers. They have no personal labor skills. It’s just a huge disappointment in every way to go to this location."

"Don't use the self order screen. Sat there forever just to find out they didn't even plan on making my order. They received it and pulled it up just fine after asking about it. The manager just kept making tacos like they didn't even care."

"Worst store by far, walked in and 4 people were talking about changing the "little bins", in the womens bathroom. They were using different terms! Literally at the front register. No one acknowledged me I had to ask if I could see if that was my order. Low and behold no receipt on it. Took more time for them to figure out who's food it was. Then we were missing a taco, which I caught at the store, got home and realized we were missing more items. We got 2 free taco coupons to go with the other 2 on the fridge we received the last time they messed up."
