"I was in a rush, and asked if there was any food ready to go with no wait. I was told they make everything fresh, but the person taking my order asked the kitchen to make sure the order got put out quickly. I forgot to say thank you, so left this review. As a person who eats out way too much, i like to think i know good service when i see it: that is an amazing employee! Thank you for helping me get out the door and quickly."

"Do you love pulling hair out of your food? Well zips would be the place for you! Overpriced, and dry, this place will make you say “damn, how has my life come to this” as you ask for a new burger for one to come out only 30 seconds after the cashier takes the burger back. I was a kitchen manager of a successful restaurant, a burger in itself takes a lot more than 30 seconds to cook, even if it’s to warm it up. Disgusted, pondering if they gave me the same burger back, I ended up discarding the burger. Also might be a good time for a health inspection, their last inspection was well over a year ago."
