"While the doctor here is great, it is completely impossible to get ahold of anyone at the office. We had a prescription emergency where the pharmacy computers kept 'losing' our prescription. We attempted to call to get this rectified and sent to a new pharmacy. Unfortunately, we were routinely unable to get ahold of a single human being, only voice mails for days."
"Dr. Denise Hooks-Anderson is one of the greatest physicians ever. Very thorough, knowledgeable, personable , great bed side manner , and displays professionalism at all times. Not only is she a great communicator, she also listens to the concerns of her patients and educates them regarding any conditions are diagnosis they may have. "I liked Dr. Breeden but this place is so terribly managed the trash cans do not even work so you have to touch them to open them. Ghetto. I was there from 9:45 until 1pm today. I am terribly terribly sick. I am firing Dr. Breeden because I refuse to return to this poorly managed office full of slow people who do not care that you are so sick you are infecting other patients."
