"I found the initial session extremely helpful. What seemed like a very complicated machine turned out to be mostly automated and quite user friendly. The coach was patient and explained the process. I was relieved to find that the only thing I have to "regulate" or change, is the heat in the base, and that is according to my comfort. Everything else is automated. As I learned to operate the machine and position the mask, several things the coach said came back to mind and helped a lot. For example, I have a nasal mask. She said it should be as loose as possible without blowing air into the eyes. As I was getting used to wearing the mask, that was incredibly helpful and I found the free flow of air is indeed maximized in the way she described! I had another session because my mask was too tight, and the issue was resolved in minutes, with the result of a next day delivery of a new mask for free. I am 100% happy with both the product and the coaches."

"First time we used the telehealth type way to deal with my needs. We don’t live close to the office so this was great to do everything from a distance. Even being connected to WiFi with my CPAP machine is doable to see how I am doing with the current mask."

"Let's start with the good... The at home sleep study equipment was very easy to use with detailed instructions on how to use. The follow up visit was very helpful and informative. Now the areas I feel let down and really need improvement... They recommended the purchase of one of their APAP machines. I had a online session that discussed the differences between machines. I decided on a machine and mask. The machine and masked showed up with little to no instruction. I would have thought there would've been support with setup and expectations of what might or could happen once you start. I have yet to be able to use this machine overnight. I have yet to get comfortable with it's use and setup. I wasn't told how often this thing needs to be cleaned. I wasn't told more than I was told. Overall I feel very let down. I feel once they got my money for the machine, that was it. I have had follow up visits with some help but again I still feel like I have and expensive paper weight that I will never be able to use properly."

"I was working with Own briefly to conduct a self sleep study as well as purchase a unit from them. Though I unfortunately did go a different route for purchasing the unit, Own was nothing but professional and a delight to work with the entire time I was under their care. The at home sleep study was comfortable, prompt, and effective, and their consultations with the sleep coaches they had on staff were quite comprehensive and helpful. The decision to purchase my unit elsewhere was purely due to insurance coverage and pricing, but I wanted to post this review even still to encourage others to use this practice.
