"Terrible experience. Like many of the negative reviews on here, I was hit by a driver they were insuring. Since this was my first time dealing with an insurance company I was naive and believed they were doing everything they could to help me along with the process. My agent, Shelton Ross, was very hard to get in contact with. Gave me a lot of incorrect information along the way which made it take a while to finally get it into the shop. Once it was in there it took 2 weeks for the supplement to be approved and for the shop to actually start working on it. 2 weeks later I received a call and they said they would no longer pay for the rental car because the shop was delayed. They called me at 1pm in the middle of a work day and expected me to return the rental by 5 that same day. Spent the next 3 days trying to contact Shelton and his supervisor to get an answer and explain it was in the shop so long due to a delay on their end. I eventually had to go above Shelton and email his supervisor directly to get an answer and have her talk to my shop. Had the supplement been approved in a timely manner this would have never been an issue. If one of their drivers hits you YOU MUST CALL THEM CONSTANTLY OR NOTHING WILL GET DONE. Do not trust they are going to do their job without constant contact on your end"
"Worst experience with this company. I had to wait almost a year to finally get my settlement and now going past a year waiting on a check that has taken, going on 5 weeks to get and still haven’t received it. Please choose someone else and get better customer service. So glad I’m not insured with traders. Good luck! More to the story, I continually had to call on the weekly and wait for my “check is in the mail” response and finally tell you guys to mail the check with a tracking number so I wouldn’t have to wait another month. This went past a year to deal with this. Tip: you have to do the work or else they wait weeks for the other party to respond with no follow up unless you make the calls for them. I should have charged a rate for my services that I didn’t get paid on to speed things up."
