"TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TREATMENT! I purchased a Groupon for this location for Microdermabrasion. Scheduling was an absolute nightmare when I finally got an appointment they called the day of to inform me that if I did not come in early for it then I would need to reschedule. I canceled my other obligations for the day and rushed out of the house to get there. When I arrived I was immediately shown into a room and given paperwork to fill out. The "Dr" came in and without any introduction or even a hello he started the procedure. He kept telling me this is only to "clean the skin" I am not sure what that exactly means but he wanted to be very clear on that since he repeated about 6 times. The entire procedure lasted 9 minutes (even though the groupon was for 30-45min session) he did not do any prep treatment or any after treatment and even when asked what I should do afterwards he gave me a short reply of "your normal routine". The absolute lack of professionalism and service was disgusting. I will never go here again or recommend ANYONE to get any sort of procedure done here."
