"If I could rate this practice a zero I would. From the front desk to the nurses to the doctor taking a week to get back with me regarding abnormal labs is absolutely unacceptable. I received a message from Quest the next day after my blood was drawn letting me know of a low lab result, hence the WHOLE reason I was there. I understand that it could take the doctor a day or so to review because I’m not the only patient, but a week?! Especially being an abnormal lab? And that’s with me calling. I called on a Thursday to speak with the nurse & the receptionist wouldn’t let me speak with her. I called back on Monday, which was a week at this point and the receptionist said that the doctor, “probably just hasn’t been able to review my information!” The nurse called me today and stated that it’s fine, that the range is boarder line low. That’s not true. It’s past boarder line low. & no it’s not fine when I’m taking a medication that needs to be adjusted, especially when I’m experiencing symptoms. I have worked in the medical field for years, this is absolutely an unprofessional practice. I would never recommend this doctors office to anyone. I never leave negative reviews after horrible experiences, but this is a doctor’s office that is supposed to care about the patient and their health. Let’s not forget about the continuous rudeness from the staff. Needless to say, I will not be returning."

"Dr. Boulware has been my doctor over 10 years. He actually listens to what I say. He is the most gentle and kind doctor I have ever met. He is a very intelligent man. The staff is wonderful too."

"I see Dr. Bill. My appointment was messed up (likely my own fault), but they squeezed me in anyway. Always a thorough check up, with vitals from friendly, caring staff. Dr. Bill takes his time, never rushing through the checkup. He asks questions the patient didn't think to ask, and even asks about those embarrassing details a patient may not want to ask about. Dr. Bill even provided coupons for a prescription he wrote, saving me hundreds of dollars in medication costs. I walked in hurting and walked out feeling better and on the way to recovery. I printed out all of my new patient paperwork so I had it ready when I got there. When I arrived, the nursing staff was so friendly, and they informed me that even if I didn’t see a time slot that fit my schedule, to call anyway, and they always try to find a way to fit patients in. Dr Robert Boulware was so friendly, I felt that he really listened to me as a patient and understood why I came to see him. I will be back!"

"Never in my life have I found such a great doctor. Dr Boulware, and his staff are truly amazing. Dr. Boulware actually listens to his patients,and does everything in his power to heal them.
