"I've never had any problems with MFB, but I haven't had any substantial claims. Shortly after submitting a claim at, "like a good neighbor," they failed to renew my homeowners insurance. So, it's yet to see, but I'm not going to dock them for something I haven't experienced yet. So far, I'm happy."
