"Amazing casino, service was under staffed but most casinos are. Pizza is great. Loved the craps machine and tables look amazing. Out of the Hard Rocks I have visited this one had some Of the coolest aesthetics. Would recommend if visiting Tulsa!"

"This was my second visit to Hard Rock Tulsa, first visit was fantastic it brought us back a month later. This visit was pretty good, I had had two rooms booked, Sunday and Monday. Upon request to get checked out of our first room and into our new room the older lady at the front desk was utterly rude. Her demeanor, behavior and the manner in which she spoke to me as a guest was appalling. Luckily the younger lady at the desk was on hand to correct the older women. I appreciate the younger staff member for stepping in and handling my reservations, the older women needs to handle herself and her customer service approach. My wife and I enjoyed our stay, just left a bitter taste from the front desk lady."

"Had a great time just walking around the casino and playing a few games. Was a little disappointed that the restaurants were closed on Monday nights, but I get that it may not be busy enough to keep them open. We just happened to be in town one night. It did look like there was some good entertainment lined up in the future. Billy Idol!"

"The rooms were very clean and the staff was very kind throughout the stay at our hotel. At the end of our stay we wanted to play another game of slots but it ate $20 and the staff could not find it and did not want to check cameras for refund. They did the best they could for a casino."

"Christmas dinner wasn't bad but we were disappointed. Food wasn't even warm more room temp instead of hot. It was a bit on the expensive side for this meal and the pork chops they offered were extremely dry! Like boot leather! We didn't even try the turkey for the same reason. Our biggest complaint is the restaurant is right next to the smokers gambling, so all the smoke blows into the dining area as you eat. It was choking and the smoke was heavy and thick. Not exactly a pleasant dining experience with breathing that while trying to taste your food! They need to move the smokers to another building or eliminate them, children are dining in this area as well. To make matters worse their nonsmoking area is at the top level above the smoking area! I was surprised at how they arranged it. While it was a bit easier to breathe up there you could still tell the smoke odor reaching that area too. We would love to go back and see the whole casino and play, but until they eliminate the smoking so you can breathe easier the probability is no."
