"Hot food and it was fire ( really good). The staff were super nice and place was clean. All in all loved this place!!"

"They were on it! Service was very fast. They had a full staff. Everything was clean and not worn down. They had a lot of drive threw customers, so they were putting out a lot of fresh food. We barely got our drinks when our order was ready. There was a nice seating area with a tv and electric fireplace."

"DISCLAIMER: I'm honored to be a Top 10 Reviewer for Google. I do my best to be fair and honest but realize your experience may differ from mine. So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. REVIEW: Bad experience there. The employee who took my order at the drive thru was rude. Period. She also got my order wrong and I had to wait even longer until it was corrected. Not once did I receive a THANK YOU or an APOLOGY for my business or inconvenience from the moment I pulled up to the drive thru ordering stand until I drove away from the establishment. I took the time before I left to bring this to her attention hoping it would be a trainable moment. Instead, she responded:. "I'm just the order taker." Wow. That's pretty much all I can say! It seems to me that she not only needs more training but the store management probably does as well. Pitiful. I'd give this Wendy's a 0 star rating if it would let me."

"The communication level is the reason why I'm giving this establishment these ratings. I went in she wanted to know if I wanted a meal or a sandwich and yet what I ordered was a triple cheeseburger I mean a triple cheeseburger that would be a meal. But she wanted to know if I wanted it as a meal or just a sandwich but it's a triple cheeseburger and triple cheeseburger that could be a meal. She want to know if I wanted french fries I said well yeah I'll have some she said do you want small medium or large as of just whatever you push whatever button you push if I said I will eat them it doesn't matter to me I said whichever you push if it's if a I said I have the money to pay for it anyway I told her I wanted it to go that I didn't want to stay there and eat in the communication was not very good she said well they didn't want me to be there at all. So I left screaming and yelling and cursing I sure did I won't be back."

"They have no Customer service they don't Greet they take your order and when your paying for it they don't say anything to you except how much it is they give you the food then just close the window without saying anything to you not have a great day or thank you for Choosing wendy's nothing just close the window on you someone need to Train them on customer service and greeting people with the smile .. very unfriendly Drive through experience.. taco bell Across the street has more customer service than these people do"
