"App is worthless and “customer service” nonexistent. I tried to add the small firecracker shrimp, which was available through the app. It wouldn’t add. I told the cashier when picking up my order, assuming he would make it right. Instead, he told me this is a common problem and he couldn’t do anything for me because I had already paid for the order (keep in mind, this was supposed to be a free add-on). He told me if I had placed the order there, he could have added it for me. So what’s the point of app “rewards” if you can’t actually claim them? Very frustrating."

"Came here during the week ordering a big amount of food. Employees seemed to know how to handle it and were fast and efficient. All the food was hot and came out pretty fast even though there was a line behind us. Got home, and all the food was phenomenal for how fast it was made. The server was such a sweetheart wish I could have remembered her name. She came to the car asking if we needed any more utensils, sauces, napkins, etc. If so, she would run in and get us more. Would highly recommend this location!!"

"I have been eating here for 5+ years. I used to love this place. The service before COVID was great and the food was as good as the service. People would look you in the eye and smile to welcome you. Post-pandemic, this place, the staff will not even look at you. The chow mein is chopped up into little pieces ( I did not buy it this time), the egg rolls are overcooked (they look like they were fried twice, and also did not buy them), and the Orange Chicken is dry and crunchy (I could not stick most of them with a fork). Meal portions are smaller. The flavor is still okay."
