For many years, I found this in Pawz at Play. This review is not just about their exceptional service but also a homage to my greatest companion, Ace, a rescue dog with a remarkable ability to connect deeply with those around him. Living in Olathe, I chose Pawz at Play in Overland Park despite the 15-minute drive. This 30-minute round trip was a small price to pay for the peace of mind and joy it brought Ace. He was more than just a pet; he was a soulful being who had an extraordinary knack for understanding emotions and brightening any room he entered. During Ace's time, my life evolved – I met my wife, a veterinarian, who also formed an inseparable bond with Ace. Together, we always knew that Pawz at Play was a safe haven for him, a place where he could revel in fun while being in caring hands. Tragically, we lost Ace unexpectedly in June 2023. His departure left a void in our hearts, a testament to the incredible bond we shared. Months later, as we welcomed a new puppy, JoJo, into our family, we decided to continue our journey with Pawz at Play. On JoJo's first day, the staff sent us a note acknowledging Ace's wonderful qualities. The heartfelt words from the staff, many of whom knew and cherished Ace for years, touched us deeply. One comment stood out, referring to Ace as a legend – and he truly was. Pawz at Play is more than a pet care facility; it's a community that understands and respects the deep connections we have with our pets. Their recognition of Ace's legacy and their welcoming of JoJo speaks volumes of their compassion and professionalism. To anyone seeking a place that offers more than just services, but a genuine care for your furry family members, Pawz at Play is the answer. I’ve been a client for years, and my experiences here, with both Ace and now JoJo, are nothing short of exceptional."

"We take our puppy to daycare here about once a week. He gets so excited, once he figures out that this is where he gets to spend the day. He absolutely loves coming here. I love that he is super tired when he gets home because he used up all of his puppy energy and takes about two days for him to recover. Also, I like that they have downtime at lunch. My pup is always afraid that he is going to miss something, so I’m happy that he doesn’t have much of a choice but to relax during this time. The staff is amazing, super friendly and are always helpful."
