"We drove almost an hour and a half to get here but well worth it. The establishment is clean and large, staff is friendly, their process is well thought out, techs spoke with us first to go over forms/medical/cost and the doctor did a very thorough exam. The doctor was gentle with our elderly dog, discussed everything with us before taking him back for the procedure. They kept us updated on our dogs progress and went over everything at pickup. They called the following day to check on him and about a week later with biopsy results. Very understanding and compassionate people."
