"Having been with this office for far too long, I would not recommend them to anyone that is looking for professional and helpful mental health care. They have been through quite a few receptionists and they all seem to induce anxiety and stress as soon as you enter the office. Dr. Ardekani does not listen or remember anything you tell him. Thankfully I was switched to Jim, and he is an amazing practioner. But after recently cancelling an appointment one morning because I was sick, after a four day holiday weekend, and finding out my credit card was charged for $75 without my consent or knowledge is the kicker. If you want to find an office that cares about the well being of you and your mental health, look elsewhere! I should have left long ago but finding new doctors isnt easy. Get on a wait list somewhere else!"

"Dr. Ardekani’s office refused to extend my prescriptions for one week until I could make my appointment. This is very reckless and unusually cruel. You do not force your patients into serious withdrawal because they need to make the appointment for one week later. I do not recommend anyone to see this doctor."

"Dr A. and NP Jim are great care providers. The service from the office staff is less than helpful, however. They will make you feel like a drug seeker for asking to have your script sent to another pharmacy if your usual one is out. Their “policy” is that you simply have to go without medication until your next appointment. There’s a nationwide drug shortage for several medications right now. My pharmacist went so far as to find another pharmacy that did have it and called the office to let them know. They still refused to call it in elsewhere and refused to give a reason. An actual rep from my pharmacy stopped by the office in person to verify that they were, indeed, choosing to withhold medication despite availability elsewhere. They were treated just as poorly. They will refuse to let you speak to the provider directly and will not relay accurate messages. They’re very condescending and will make you feel gaslit. It’s crazy-making, which, for a psychiatrists office, should be the last thing they want for patients struggling with mental health. ."
