"Dr Keever is wonderful! We love him!!! We’ve been with him 7 years, we make the drive to Rogers from Springdale just for him, I put 2 stars since his staff has changed and his daughter has taken over it has really gone downhill! To where we sadly had to go somewhere else now!!! Very nasty attitude, no compassion and holier than thou attitude! people like that will ruin it for your loyal long time patients then Dr Alexander leaving …so I wish the best for Dr. Keever but your staff and manager make a big difference for us parents to bring in our children please change certain staff some people shouldn’t be in the medical field especially with child care! Very sad for us to change providers but best decision for us! As we are tired of the constant attitude and unprofessional things that have been done and said personally to our family and others I know who used to go to Dr. Keever we love you and hope the best! But Since Christian has left as manager it’s been really bad, and Kaitlyn and Jennifer front desk and certain Medical assistants had left it’s clear there were issues that were not taken care of!!! It seems they don’t care!"
