"It’s been some time since we lived in NE and had a good experience with a processor. After a horrendous experience with a dishonest processor in Holdon (that we were forced to use to keep buying from the Farmer we used) I was leery when they changed to this processor. That said, I was VERY impressed and VERY happy with all aspects of our experience using these guys. They cut everything how we asked, packaged it well, answered questions and we actually got everything we were supposed to! Even better, the store was fun to walk around after a long trek from North KC and everyone was extremely friendly. Highly recommend!!"

"These guys are great. Dropped off two deer one week, one was field dressed the second one was not. They made the process so easy and they are very friendly and affordable. The way they prep the meats are great. The summer sausage and slim Jim type jerky taste amazing. Turn around time was just over a week or so. Hopefully I’ll be lucky enough again to use their services."

"Just got my 1/2 cow back from processing. I couldn't be more upset and feeling ripped off. For starters a large amount of the vacuum seal bags are popped. Then the best part is I got shorted on filets and strips big time. Gee they have a meat counter in the store wonder where all my high quality steaks went. Won't be back, thanks for ripping me off."
