Dr. Natasha Burgert

"She rudely tuned off my white noise machine, exclaiming “WHAT is this noise?!”. I assumed a “holistic”-minded doc would’ve known what white noise/“the 5 S’s” are. Then, her husband offered no apology after the wrong baby was brought to my room (this is no joke! A baby girl was brought to my bedside instead of my baby boy!!!), but instead sent the charge nurse in to do so with some very forced tears/apology (this was at St. Luke’s). Sure, it could’ve been the nurse’s fault, but I know as a nurse (and basic logic) myself, that Doctors oversee nurses, right??? Granted this experience was a decade ago and I’m just now getting to the review because it still bothers me to this day. I’ve had a handful of babies since then and never had pediatricians like them, thankfully. Hopefully they’re more attentive and holistic now, as a lot of time has passed since my experience with them both."
