"Dr Bush's nurse practitioner, Paige M, saw our daughter for a possible concussion on Wednesday morning. Everyone said our daughter was fine. After a couple ver subjective tests, Paige said to be cautious she'd diagnose her with a mild concussion. I know concussions, my daughter was perfectly fine. In any case, Paige M said that she should pass on cheer practice on Thursday, have a light practice on Friday, and she'd be good to participate in a national competition on Saturday. We drove 8 hours to Dallas and found out when we were in Oklahoma that Paige M was now saying she never said that and wouldn't allow her to participate. Dr Bush's nurse Paige lied. She obviously lied to Dr Bush. Dr Bush supported her lying. He AND his office staff REFUSED to get Paige on the phone to repeat what she said in the office. There is obviously a reason why they refused. They are dishonest. Because trust is 100% broken when your health care provider lies to you, we fired Dr Bush and will be filing a formal complaint with the state for the lying - let alone the incompetence."
