"I used to love this doctor. She was always very attentive and helped all my kids needs and listen to all my concerns. But, I'm now giving her a one-star review due to the doctor's office in general. I called ahead because my son had a bad ear infection and they said if I got there within 30 minutes I could see her. So I grabbed my son out of a nap. Went to the office within 30 minutes. Went inside, gave my name and waited. Then the receptionist or the counter clerk told me that I need to pay $80 in order to see the doctor. I asked her when that became a thing and she said it has been a thing since the July 1st. I myself have not been into the doctor since before then so I was unaware. I initially told her that I needed to transfer money then upon seeing my bank account realized I did not have enough. I told her that I did not have the money at the moment and asked if I needed to leave. She said yes, we can reschedule your appointment. Here I was sitting in the doctor's office with a sick child after driving 20 minutes and they told me that I could not be seen because they wanted me to pay my bill in advance even though the bill had not yet been sent insurance and they had no idea how much it was going to cost. I told the front desk lady that I would have to find a new pediatrician if this is how they were going to treat us. While driving home I then called and told them to cancel my son's future appointment and they had no problem doing so and had no issue with the fact that they just lost my son as a patient there. It is really embarrassing and upsetting as a mom of a one and a half-year-old to be turned away because I didn't have enough money. My son had a bad ear infection with drainage from his ear which I told the front desk clerk when I first called. The fact that they couldn't give me the benefit of the doubt because I didn't know the new rule and see my son is horribly upsetting. I have paid numerous bills at this office and have never had trouble doing so. I'm sad to have lost what I believed was a very good pediatrician"

"Absolutely the sweetest most caring pediatrician. She has taken care of all three of my kids since birth and she always makes sure to go over things and never makes us feel rushed. So blessed to have her for my kiddos. She is an absolutely fantastic pediatrician."

"Dr. Ye-Hu has taken care of my daughter from her birth seventeen years ago. She really listens to our concerns. Her office staff is wonderful and reaponsive."

"Don't take your kids to her she rushes through appointments. I asked her twice for a new referral for my child and nothing has been done. Now she wants to blame it on miscommunication. We been dealing with this since his first appointment 4 months ago. If your not going to listen to my concerns or help my son then whats the point of bringing my child into see you."

"I have been going to dr.yehu for 10 years and I would never ever think about going anywhere else. She is my quick to just Medicate she gets to the actual issue. She is so caring and her office is so quick to get us in! Love her!!"
