"I came in with my son who was vomiting and couldn’t keep anything down. The front desk lady came up to me saying they won’t be able to see us. She suggested that we go to the ER because my son was showing Covid signs. My son did not have a fever or respiratory issues. She thn came back asked us to move from where we were sitting to another area in the waiting room. She came back with a sanitizer spray, and started wiping down the chairs where we were sitting. I’ve never felt so humiliated in my life. There were other people waiting to be seen and looking at her. I bet they got uncomfortable thinking that we had Covid. I am never brining my son there ever again."

"Since swope bought Tenney the waiting time are much longer, appointment was at 10:20 got called 40 minutes later, I was 15 minutes early. When it was Tenney service was 30 to 45 minutes when called to the back but now with swope it takes 45 to 1 and a half hours because all you do is wait on the doctors and nurses all the time when called to the back. Doctors and nurses are all good and professional but just very slow."

"My fiancé and two kids waited three f—- hours to get seen and never did by an np or doctor! Both my children had high temps and my youngest just cried the whole time and no one even came to check in, offer water…. Nothing! Sabrina at the front seat when I called was supportive and seems to be the only one with any empathy toward the subject. Not to mention other employees there dressed inappropriate showing tattoos that were inappropriate as well. This is a pediatric office not a strip club doll to flaunt your cleavage. I will NOT BE RETURNING. Happened since they merged with swope health- absolutely ridiculous and negligent. I’ll find a way to report this to state board."

"I want to be clear Dr. Tenney is a great doctor. Unfortunately, the service here is very poor. I called to have my daughter seen and I received no call back. I went the next day early in the morning during walk in hours and I sat and waited for hours. They took another walk in back that came an hour after me. If you want quality healthcare service do not send your children here. They treat you like you don’t matter and your time isn't important. The customer service is very poor!!! After today I’m looking for a different practice. I never leave reviews but this place is ridiculous."
