"Dr Lott is always great. She always makes me feel at ease. The office folks have always been amazing and helpful. They have a great patient portal that really keeps you in contact with your Dr and their staff. You can make appointments there. It has everything on there you could want or need to see. I wouldn't use it for an emergency but they do respond back in a day or two with answers."
