"The most in and out dr ever. Walks in the room for 3 min, decides you arent worthy of any real help and leaves. My husband has been begging his Dr (Mr.schneweis) for weeks for relief from his pain. Kyle has at every attempt refused to offer help. My husband called again a few days ago and spoke with the nurse Mary, who again refused any sort of relief for my husband. The nurse and Dr are the most neglectful physicians I have seen yet. All they do is send you to physical therapy to cost you thousands and refuse any real help. Mary keeps saying "oh it's cause insurance" ma'am idc what the hell insurance says, my husband needs help!!!!"

"Is currently my GP. Have had issues filling out paperwork and basic timely communication. I requested a form be filled out last Thursday. I stressed that this was timely and important. I received a call back today 4 days later, and I'm told I have to see a specialist. Costing me an office visit and a specialist copay. I'll be finding a new provider as soon as I am back from training. Response to comment left by practice: I appreciate your response. I've voiced my concern to the practice manager and the Dr himself. I have spent as much time as I am willing on this issue. It seems strange that I get a quicker response on a bad review on google than I do when I call your office for a medical issue. I'd probably ask the practice manager if this is a standard operating procedure. I'll just take my business elsewhere."
