"Hello. Tomlin Heating and Air recently came out to replace my AC unit at my apartment. Nate (Tomlin) was really amazing. It was a difficult installation (due to a several issues at my apartment) but he stuck with the job. He was very courteous and explained several items to me during the replacement. He double checked and triple checked both the outside and inside units prior to leaving. He even helped me with adjusting the air vents to make sure the air distribution would be correct for my rooms. Knowledge and customer service are key.
